Vert chez Vous awarded at the 13th Logistics Innovation Awards

Vert chez Vous' innovation has once again been rewarded! Yesterday, on the occasion of the logistics innovation awards at the SITL (Logistics Solutions Exhibition), the young eco-responsible urban distribution company received the "Best Transport & Logistics Service Innovation" award.

Vert chez Vous is one of the 8 winners selected from the 66 applications submitted, all categories combined. The innovative clean and multimodal urban delivery solution designed and implemented by Vert chez Vous a few months ago won over the jury, which was mainly made up of shipper users:

  • Vincent Barale, Planning/Price and Logistics Director of Louis Vuitton Malletier,
  • Xavier Derycke, Group Supply Chain Director at Rexel,
  • Bruno Durand, Associate Professor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management at the University of Nantes,
  • Jean Mazeran, Global Supply Chain Manager of Saint Gobain Gypsum Activity,
  • Caroline Mondon, President of FAPICS France,
  • Jean Oberlé, VP Transport & Warehousing at Schneider Electric,
  • Gaël Prigent, Supply Chain Director of France Beverages,
  • Gabriel Schumacher, Logistics Director of BSH Appliances,
  • Didier Warckol, Logistics Director of Metro Cash & Carry,
  • Alain Bagnaud, Director of the Transport Tourism & Communication Division of Reed Expositions France, the organizer of SITL.

With the " Best Innovation in Transport & Logistics Service" award, the jury wanted to reward "a Transport & Logistics service provider for the implementation of an innovative service in processes, business model or value creation."

Accepting the award, Gilles Manuelle, co-founder of Vert chez Vous, said: "We are delighted that our eco-friendly last-mile model is appealing to shippers. Via our river logistics shuttle Vokoli and with our logistics base in Pantin, we have indeed brought our warehouses closer to the city centre. Our 100% clean and environmentally friendly vehicles allow us to offer a ZERO CO² solution that is very competitive compared to current market prices. There is therefore no longer any reason to maintain a polluting transport pattern! »
